The Cat's Meow

This picture is based off an old image in one of my sketchbooks I found recently called "Number One Under The Sun". I liked this picture, so I decided to make a new version of it using digital tools. She's my first attempt at drawing a catgirl. This character is one of the first things I drew in that sketchbook, and I'm glad that I took time to remake this picture.
